The Bachelor Programme in Civil Engineering is the first, four-year bachelor degree programme run by the college. It has been running since the establishment of the college. In the programme, about 50 core and elective courses are offered in eight semesters. Students in this programme go through lectures, field-work laboratory exercises and site visits. Experienced and qualified faculties are involved in the programme.

The programme is being conducted with affiliation to Tribhuvan University (TU). Academic quality and other proceedings of the programme are controlled and guided by the Institute of Engineering (IOE), TU. Examination Control Division of IOE conducts examinations of the students. Tribhuvan University awards the certificates to the successful students.

Presently, the enrollment in this programme is 80 students every year.
