KEC offers Bachelor Programme in Computer Engineering (120 seats)
The Bachelor Programme in Computer
Engineering was started in KEC in 2000. This is four-year bachelor
degree programme. In the programme, 52 core and elective courses
are offered in eight semesters. Experienced and qualified faculties
are involved in the programme. Besides the course, the college aims
at updating the knowelege of the students with the latest development
in the fields of Information Technology and Computer Engineering
through special lectures from experts and reputed scholars.
This programme is being conducted with affiliation to Tribhuvan
University (TU). College follows the course prepared by the Institute
of Engineering for this programme. Academic quality and other matters
of the programme are controlled and guided by the university. TU
awards the certificates to the successful students at the end of
the programme.
Presently, the enrollment in this programme is 120 students every
year.
