"Japanese Ruby Programming: Employment and career Perspective"

On 3rd January 2011, Group of six students of Kantipur Engineering College, namely - Aliza Tandukar, Dipendra Kumar Jha, Dipesh Shrestha, Pradip Chitrakar, Prakash Shrestha, Smriti Tamrakar have participated in the interactive talk program organized by "Info Media Pvt. Ltd" and "YONEFU" on the Title "Japanese Ruby Programming: Employment and career Perspective" at Class Nepal, Maitighar. The main theme of the program was to encourage students to learn the Ruby Programming Language. Speaker said that Japan is promoting the Japanese Ruby Programming Language and this could be benificial to Nepal if we are able to produce more number of skilled Ruby programmers. Talk suggested that the outsourcing Companies are rejecting (Ruby) Projects because of the shortage of skillful manpower in this field. F-Ruby (Fukuoka Ruby Business Hub Promotion Committee) is working on the promotion of Ruby Programming language whose Objective is to create largest, most advanced Ruby-based business hub in the world.
