To transfer knowledge and share experience, to improve the quality of life and services, universities from different parts of Europe and Asia made an effort in 2005. Euro-Asia Link Project is the outcome of that effort. More interaction was felt to share ideas, experiences and insights for practical application of recent development worldwide thus “Software, Knowledge, Information Management and Applications” an international conference was first held in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2006.

 

The aim of this international conference is to bring together researchers and commercial experts in knowledge management, software Engineering and Information System to share their knowledge, ideas and experience. The main focus is at topics currently of interests having immediate practical benefits. This conference is supported by and is a part of the international collaboration amongst professionals in Europe and Asia.

 

In 2008, the conference will be hosted by KEC, one of the leading engineering colleges of Nepal. The conference will be held at soaltee crowne plaza, Kathmandu.
